Autumn at Bodnant - Day 6

£300.00 GBP

Autumn at Bodnant is a rich and expressive abstract painting inspired by the shifting beauty of Bodnant Garden as it transitions into autumn. Think rustling auburn leaves, winding woodland paths, and that unmistakable crispness in the air as the season begins to turn.

Deep, earthy hues of burnt amber, ochre, mossy green and chocolate brown are laced with soft sky blues and flashes of crimson, capturing the warmth, richness, and quiet magic of nature at this time of year. It’s a piece that feels grounded and alive, like a long exhale or the crunch of leaves underfoot.

Whether it hangs in a hallway, study or reading nook, Autumn at Bodnant is an invitation to slow down, breathe in, and remember the beauty of the changing seasons.

Part of my Looking for Glimmers collection, this piece is Day 6 in a 50-day series celebrating those micro-moments of joy, peace and nostalgia that bring us back to ourselves. This particular glimmer was sparked by a photograph of the breathtaking trees and shrubs at Bodnant Gardens, a place full of soul and story.
