Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit, debit card, PayPal and Apple Pay. Rest assured, we do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Purchasing with a Deposit: For original paintings priced over £500, we offer the option to purchase in stages. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your painting, with the balance payable the following month or in two equal monthly instalments of 25% each. Please contact us if you're interested in this arrangement.


Dispatch Time

Original Paintings: Original paintings will be carefully packed and shipped within 5 working days of your order placement. For framed original paintings, frames are made to order so lead times will vary depending on our framers' stock levels and lead times.

For deliveries within the UK, we utilise Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DPD and bespoke art courier services depending on the size and weight of the artwork and whether or not it is an original piece. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2-3 days of shipping. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us in advance to discuss options and any additional charges.

Print Orders: All prints are made to order and shipped once a week. UK deliveries typically arrive within 2 days of shipping, but please allow up to 10 working days in total for delivery.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for most artworks are included in the checkout price, based on the size of the artwork and your location. However, please note that shipping costs are subject to change. Therefore, we reserve the right to discuss this with you before finalising the sale.

International Shipping: We ship internationally to most countries, though delivery times may vary. If your location is restricted at checkout or if you require a bespoke courier service, please message us with your details for alternative shipping options. Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country's customs authorities.


Artwork Representation: We strive to present our artwork as accurately as possible in terms of size and colour. However, please note that slight colour variations may occur due to differences in browsers, devices and screen settings. Any minor inconsistencies between the online representation and the actual artwork do not constitute a fault, and returns based on such grounds will not be accepted.

Buy-Back Guarantee: We want you to love your new artwork. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have 14 days from receipt to contact us via email and request a refund. Once the return is agreed upon, you are responsible for safely packing and arranging the return delivery. Upon receiving the artwork in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Damaged Artwork: In the very rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photograph of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Overseas Returns: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for products shipped outside of the UK at this time.
