Day 4 of the 12 days of Christmas painting challenge was inspired by Nat King Cole’s classic Christmas song! Think Chesnuts roasting on an open fire, sitting by the fireplace with stockings hanging beside it & sipping on a hot mulled wine watching a Christmas film! 

Flecks of gold and white contrast with the rich, warm chocolate, burnt orange and crimson red hues create a truly cosy piece that feels like a warm hug.
